How to Disable right click on Desktop and Windows Explorer

If you enable the settings below then nothing can right-click on the Desktop & Windows Explorer. With In other words the menu that appears when right-clicking does not exist anymore.
Follow the steps below. Click Start - Run, type regedit and press Enter.

Key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\
CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer 
Value Name: NoViewContextMenu 
Data Type: REG_DWORD 
Data: (0 = disabled, 1 = enabled) 

  
To see the changes you need to do a restart.
